NICK MC CALL
Partner
Nick was born and raised in Latin America having spent his early years in Argentina and Brazil followed by a BA in Hispanic Studies at Bristol University. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese Nick started his career in finance joining Bank of London & South America (BOLSA)/Lloyds Bank working in a number of Latin American countries in Corporate Banking and Treasury.
After a ten year stint in New York and London at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse later in his career Nick moved over to Wealth Management working for Swiss, Gulf and UK financial institutions and most recently moved into the Non-Governmental space joining Canning House as Chairman from July of 2020. Nick is also Chairman and co-founder of Marinas Guardian, an NGO focussed on marine conservation.
Nick brings an impressive knowledge of the Americas having worked in countries spanning Argentina to Canada with a deep understanding of treasury, finance and the cultural intricacies of doing business in the region.


MARK REARDON
Partner
Mark began his career in communications first in London before moving to Rio de Janeiro, New York and Miami.
Capitalising on opportunities in digital and emerging tech over the last twenty years he had held senior operational, corporate development and advisory roles with Publicis Group SA and WPP PLC.
Over recent years as technology has become increasingly pervasive, he has been involved in consultative roles identifying opportunities in digital innovation, agritech, transportation, renewables and general infrastructure investment in the LATAC region.
A Spanish and Portuguese speaker he brings a deep knowledge of conducting business in the region together with an entrepreneurial spirit.
MIGUEL IRIBARNE
Senior Advisor
Miguel is a founding partner of ARG Capital S.A. With more than 25 years of experience, he has developed financing products for Citibank N.A. (Buenos Aires) through the Asset Based Finance (ABF) unit.
He also carried out various capital markets transactions and fiduciary structures.
In New York, he provided strategic consulting services to financial entities through Opera Solutions.
He is also co-founder of ARMONICA, a tokenized receivables financing platform.
He currently serves as board member of Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and as the Executive Director of the Instituto para el Crecimiento Asociación Civil.
He has a degree in Economics from the Universidad de San Andrés and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

BEATA ALDRIDGE
Legal Counsel
Beata is a seasoned legal and business strategist with a proven track record in high-stakes corporate environments. Formerly Associate General Counsel at Enfinity the global renewable energy developer, she brings deep expertise in complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border operations.
Prior to moving in-house, Beata worked at top-tier multinational firms in New York and Miami (Debevoise & Plimpton, Greenberg Traurig), advising clients ranging from $1B early-stage tech companies to publicly-traded private equity firms on over $13B of complex M&A and financing transactions in the U.S, Latin America, and Europe.
With a passion for strategic growth and operational excellence, Beata also leads investment strategy and portfolio management in niche assets - leveraging her legal acumen and global perspective to drive innovation and long-term value


CAMILO OTALORA
Senior Advisor
Camilo Otálora, a native of Colombia, has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, and development across Colombia, Central America, and the United States.
He served as Managing Director and Colombian Country Manager for Paladin Realty, a leading private equity firm, and was a member of its investment committee.
Previously, he was a partner at Boston Andes Capital, managing real estate investments and development projects in Bogotá, Boston, and Buenos Aires.
From 2008 to 2012, Camilo was Development Manager at Terranum, leading commercial and hotel projects in Colombia and Costa Rica. Earlier, he managed financial planning at Fernando Mazuera & Cía.
Camilo holds a BSc. and MBA from Universidad de los Andes and an MSc. in Real Estate Development from MIT. A LEED Accredited Professional, he champions sustainability in real estate development.
